What that means
When an article links to a product and you buy it, the shop pays us a small cut of what you spent. The price you pay is the same either way. Nothing is added on for coming through here.
What it doesn't change
Which products get covered, and what the article says about them. Products are chosen first, on whether they're any good; the link goes in afterwards, once the writing is done. A higher commission has never moved anything up the queue, and the day it does, this page is a lie and the whole site is worth less than the commission.
The faults stay in. If a thing is loud, or flimsy, or only worth it on offer, that goes in the article in the same size type as the praise.
How to spot one
Affiliate links are plain text links in the writing, usually the product's name, one or two per article. There are no buy buttons, no price widgets, and no sticky bar following you down the page. Every article carries the same disclosure line under its title.
What's not here
No sponsored articles, no paid reviews, no display ads, and no arrangement where a brand sees the writing before you do. If that ever changes, this page changes first.
